Gilles Cohen
With a strong background in top-level management across major
international corporations, Gilles brings more than two decades of
leadership experience to the real estate services industry. He has
successfully led high-impact teams and driven strategic projects
focused on product and service implementation across global
markets.
After founding his own consulting firm, Gilles remained
dedicated to one core mission: delivering tangible success to his
clients. His approach is structured, result-oriented, and always
tailored to meet client goals.
In Miami, he served as
Property Manager for the French Consulate, overseeing all
technical operations and leading a major renovation project of the
diplomatic premises. This role deepened his expertise in managing
complex properties with high operational standards.
Living
in the U.S. for many years, Gilles gained valuable insight into
the American mindset, business culture, and expectations—an
essential asset when supporting international clients in real
estate transactions.
A long-time real estate enthusiast,
Gilles has personally invested in, renovated, and managed several
properties. His hands-on experience and cross-cultural perspective
position him uniquely to serve clients with professionalism,
transparency, and care.

Donna Guilloux
Donna brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality
and event management, working closely with high-net-worth clients
who expect nothing less than excellence. She’s known for her
ability to listen, understand unspoken needs, and deliver flawless
service—always with a personal touch.
Having lived in both
the U.S. and the U.K., Donna understands firsthand what it means
to relocate across cultures. She speaks the language, knows the
mindset, and is deeply attuned to the emotional and logistical
challenges of moving abroad. As a certified professional coach,
she brings empathy and clarity to every step of the relocation
journey.
Now based in the South of France, Donna is a true
expert in the region’s luxury real estate market. She’s highly
skilled in sourcing off-market properties, negotiating with
confidence, and closing deals quickly and discreetly for
international buyers.
Her calm, client-first approach makes
her a trusted guide for Americans navigating the complexities of
